Each return request is handled on an individual basis. When a request for a return is considered valid, customers may return the unused portion of their purchase for which a refund will be processed after receipt of the returned item(s) to our facility. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be required to pay return shipping (and in some instances cost of original shipping). Refunds will be transacted in the same manner as the original purchase (i.e. check, credit card, PayPal). Customers have 30 days to request a return. To initiate a refund or exchange please contact Customer Service by emailing info@reusablecanninglids.com or calling 231(349) -2325.

If used product is returned mixed with new product there will be NO refund. The contamination of new products by used products will require its destruction, and therefore refunds will not be granted.

Exchange Policy:
We will gladly exchange product in the event an ordering or shipping error occurs. In either case, please contact our customer service department at (231)349-2325 for assistance in correcting the matter. Customers have 30 days to make an exchange.
